ISSUE ALERT: American Academy of Actuaries Releases New Issue Brief on Actuarial Value

The American Academy of Actuaries has released its latest issue brief.  This one is focused on actuarial value under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  It provides a very good overview of the issues related to actuarial value.
